The working group "Digitalization and Organization" in the section Organizational Sociology of the DGS organizes the workshop "Theoretical and Empirical Foundations of Sociological Digitization Research" from 21 to 22 February, 2019, Berlin. The working group deals with the tension between digitalization and organisation. The goal is the further development of organizational research and organizational theory in the context of digitalization. The organisation team consists of Stefan Kirchner (ECDF), Tilo Grenz, Uli Meyer and Oliver Nachtwey. The lectures of the event will take place in the main building of the Technische Universität Berlin (Straße des 17. Juni 135).
