Femtec.Alumnae e.V. awards the FTAfelicitas Prize every year to accelerate the advancement of women in STEM professions. The award is not only intended to honor the winners, but also to make girls and young women aware that women and technology go well together.

This year, ECDF professor Lydia Kaiser is nominated in the category of being a role model. The winners* will be selected by a jury and announced at a festive awards ceremony on March 25, 2022.
