On October 30, 2019, Berliner Sparkasse, together with the Einstein Center Digital Future and Freie Universität Berlin, will host the Campus Wannsee on the topic "Artificial Intelligence – More Opportunity than Danger?
Artificial intelligence is a key technology of the 21st century. It intervenes deeply in our lives, economy, and society. But where do Germany and Europe stand in the international competition for control over machines? Fabian Westerheide, one of the best-known minds on the German tech scene, talks in his keynote about opportunities for companies and necessary political changes. Combining Artificial Intelligence with other technologies such as Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality creates further exciting business areas and models. Johannes Müller from nhb, one of the largest German post-production companies for video and sound, shows how to keep the focus on these numerous possibilities and put the puzzle together for oneself. The evening will be rounded off with short pitches from start-ups in the field of AI and a discussion round with all participants.
